Standard Purchases
General purchases have a 5 business day refund/cancellation policy.
Subscriptions & Service Agreements
Refunds:
Subscriptions & Service agreements must be cancelled within 72 hours in order to receive a full refund. Refunds where services have already been rendered within this window, will not be refunded.
Cancellations:
Subscriptions & Service Agreements may be cancelled if a request is received in writing, however, an early termination charge of up to 3 months of installments, may be charged.
Resourcing
Refunds:
Resourcing & Staffing must be cancelled within 72 hours in order to receive a full refund. Refunds where services have already been rendered within this window, will not be refunded.
Cancellation:
Resourcing & Staffing packages cannot be cancelled and refunded, after 72 hours. Packages include anywhere from 4 to 40 resource hours, and any unused resource/staffing hours will remain available as a credit for your use.
